I led the creative and production development for the Superpowers Campaign — reviewing 750+ associate survey responses, identifying aspirational superpower stories across memory care disciplines, and conducting 30 video interviews to find the right mix of roles and personalities. I then selected the top five associates and led a week-long national shoot as producer and creative lead, bringing authentic, human-centered storytelling to life.

What if your passion could take residents around the world – without ever leaving home? Meet Renee, Director of Community Integration, who brings her love of travel into her work, creating engaging experiences that help residents reminisce and share stories. Her superpower? Making people feel loved, ensuring everyone from residents to families to associates is informed, welcomed, and supported. From her early days as a concierge to her current leadership position, Artis has supported her every step of the way.

What turns a job into a fulfilling career? For Marlene, it’s all about finding that one thing. In this video, meet Marlene, a Director of Life Enrichment whose superpower is discovering the spark that brings each resident to life – a skill she developed caring for her mother in their home country of Jamaica. Marlene knew she wanted to pursue sharing her gift as a career. With heart and intuition, she transforms everyday moments into meaningful experiences. Each paid ad on Google, Meta, and YouTube drove to a dedicated campaign landing page designed to capture interest and convert job seekers.

We created unique URLs for each ad and open role — across lead gen and remarketing pages — to track performance, optimize creative, and identify which roles and messages attracted the best applicants.

This approach gave Artis new visibility and control, transforming recruitment from a “post and pray” model into a measurable, data-driven funnel.
