I'm a dynamic Creative Director / Art Director who blends story, strategy, and soul to help brands and humans create from their truth.

A natural dot-connector and culture-shaper, I bring clarity, warmth, and creative instincts to both briefs & brainstorms.

With two decades across global and independent agencies, from Microsoft, P&G, and Intel to senior living, children's hospitals, and the occasional very good bottle of wine, I've built high-impact campaigns and digital ecosystems for brands that need to resonate with the humans they serve.

I set the creative vision, link insight, ideas, and departments, and flow between vision and detail, creativity and performance, and intuition and data.

I do my best work in deep collaboration, planning early and across departments because I care where the creative meets its audience and what they need at each step of the journey. I think about the whole creative experience, not just the work, but the culture, the process, and the people, which has a way of leaving a place better than I found it.

I lead with equal parts rigor and heart, known for thoughtful leadership, radical vulnerability, and a hearty Southern guffaw that makes hard problems feel more solvable.

Beyond the office: mixed-media art, spiritual practices, nature, and the occasional Taco Bell (we contain multitudes). I'm a lover of irreverent humor, hyping people up, and showing up authentically, because the more we embrace our whole, weird and wonderful selves, the better everything gets.
